Toni Forge, Esq.

Toni serves on the advisory board of Women Empowered in Cannabis and the California Cannabis Coalition. She has presented at many cannabis educational seminars and panels and has been a featured speaker on several cannabis podcasts. Toni is very passionate about social equity and advises numerous social equity cannabis groups and municipalities across the state. In 2019, Toni was nominated as “Cannabis Lawyer of the Year” by Webjoint magazine.

Toni is an accomplished, vibrant attorney with over 27 years of litigation and corporate experience. A graduate of Hastings College of the Law and the University of San Francisco, Toni is a leader in compliance and litigation management. She has served as a chief compliance officer for major Fortune 500 companies and has implemented several litigation management programs for global insurance companies. She advised the US Equities and The Portfolio Analytics and Performance Groups in her role as Associate General Counsel for TCW., she provided legal support to portfolio and fund managers for a range of financial products and assessed compliance and risk exposure as it related to asset fund management.

As a former mediator and hearing representative for the State of Nevada, she possesses exceptional negotiation and mediation skills. Toni adjudicated foreclosure matters on behalf of financial institutions and homeowners for the State of Nevada after the 2008 global financial crisis.

Toni co-founded 4LeafConsulting, a cannabis licensing and compliance consulting firm dedicated to offering clients a practical approach to establishing their cannabusinesses. 4LeafConsulting specializes in local and state licensing, interpreting cannabis regulations, strategic partnerships, contract negotiation, and drafting and operational business strategies.
